Location was close by the places I wanted to visit. Basic amenities available but nothing amazing.

There was no hot water. Limited amount of towels. No space. Not very clean. Very old looking. Pictures do not accurately reflect the actual hotel.

it was convenient to the business location. Has off street parking, thats included in the rental price.

    Internet in the room

Too noisy during the night. The heater had a very bad noise at 3 in the morning and woke us up. The corridors were very dark. In general the hotel looked very old, however the romo was very clean. And the worst thing was that the price included breakfast and when we arrived they told us that the kitchen was not in use so they did not provide breakfast either morning.

Apart from the fact that there was free parking I liked nothing about this hotel. It was absolutely terrible. Do not stay here.

It was dirty, has not been updated since the 70's. There were rats squeaking outside my window during the night. There was hair in the shower from the previous guest. The remote control did not work and we did mention this but nobody did anything. Coffee was undrinkable, bread and muffins stale and the bar area very dark - probably a good thing that you could not see how dirty and unkept everything was.

    Clean and antique style

No a/C. One tiny elevator.Had to open window and was awoken a few times by yelling in street and noise of traffic.

Price is affordable. Breakfast is ok.

There was a silly noise coming out of the heating system when operated. It was sometimes difficult to sleep because of that noise although I cannot ignore jet-lag. Moreover, neighborhood (especially Turk St.) is not an ideal place to walk through.

When we checked in the man called out our room number for everyone to hear which made me a little uncomfortable. I Am 27 and female and was traveling with my mom on a coast tour from San Diego. When we got into our room we immediately checked for bed bugs because the place felt disgusting. There were no bed bugs, but we felt like roaches were going to crawl out at any minute. No one answered our calls at the front desk when we called to let them know our toilet was leaking and making an awful very loud noise when we flushed. We would had left if it wasn't already late and we were so tired from driving all day. Our showers were a game of try not to get scolded. It was constantly going between cold and scolding hot. Upon checkout I wasn't even asked how my stay was, so I had to let the girl know how disappointed I was, and her response " I just work here, there is noting I can do for you. The manager is here Monday-Friday 730 am-1." I have since called and was told they will call back but I am still waiting. Also it was not a cheap stay. If it had been a quarter of what we paid I would have been like well you get what you pay for!

Everything. It was a dump with horrible customer service.

We enjoyed the character of the art deco architecture and furnishings. The location was convenient, and the staff were helpful.

It was a Saturday night and the nightclub next door was loud, although the location of our room on the fourth floor helped a lot.

The decor of the lobby and rooms.

This hotel privets a complimentery breakfast and in the past it was quite nice. However this time, the quality and variety of the buffet had gone down as well as the decor of the place. Breakfast is served in the adjoining bar and now it is totally black and one mustsit. At large overstuffed sofas rather than tables and chairs. What a dreary way to start one's day. Besides, even after requesting a quiet room, the musi from the bar vibrated the room until late into the night. Not conducive to a pleasant stay. This was my last time to stay at the Embassy Hotel.

Nice staff, nice furniture, good location.

Above a noisy dance club that played loud house music until 2:00 a.m. and the crowd partied outside until 3:30 a.m.
